So here's day one sketch, thought it was a good intro to this very vague world setting I'm planning to work on for the first month. First, let's get some backstory going. I came up with a set of character designs in college, used them once for a project and never touched it again. I want to dust them off, and reboot this into a world setting that I could potentially create some short comics for. I'm going into this Slam blind so to speak!
Now here's some back story art, epically old stuff, but still the basis for the style I want to work with:
Super old, but this is one of the only drawings done of the main character.
And a piece of the class project. The rest is a storyboard for a scene, I'll scan some of that for future posts here.
